Or drop by the biggest hotels in the area like  The Peninsula Manila Hotel, Makati Shangri-La Hotel and Fairmont Hotel. 

There are a number of Catholic churches as well as other churches of different denominations nearby like the popular Greenbelt Chapel (Sto. Niño de la Paz Chapel), the Nuestra Senora de Gracia Church and Saints Peter and Paul Church. Surely, if you need to find some solace and quietness, head on to any of these churches and pray or offer your thanksgiving.  

Education is one priority important for the parents. Here in Makati, you can find a number of reputable educational institutions like Don Bosco,  Assumption College, Colegio de Sta. Rosa and Colegio de San Agustin. Other schools are: Informatics, STI College, The Bridge and Centro Escolar University. Or the parents can opt to send their children to schools in nearby cities of BGC and Ortigas where there are international schools. Let’s not forget also schools for graduate students – the prestigious Asian Institute of Management (AIM), ATENEO Professional Schools and De La Salle Graduate School of Business and Economics at RCBC Plaza are here so you have a lot of choices. 

For emergency and medical needs, there are hospitals and centers within the area like the Ospital ng Makati, Makati Medical Center, Aventus and Supercare Medical Services Inc. Makati Branch. Or you can go at st. Lukes’ Global at BGC or The Medical City at Pasig City as alternative options.  You will be at peace knowing these centers are near enough to take care of all your health needs. 

For your dining choices – you can go to the following restaurants: Chubbys Rib Shack, Mang Inasal, Tokyo Tokyo Restaurant, Army Navy, Subway and Pizza Hut. Isn’t this a good line-up of your favorite restaurants? You must be in heaven with these great choices – a resto that you can just literally walk into everyday.   

For those travelling locally and internationally – it will be an easy breeze going to and from the airports if you are in this area. Traffic is not that bad so you can be assured to be on time for your flights. You can also have a good, timely rest upon return because it will not take too long before you are home. Commuting around Makati is easy and simple - you can ride a cab, jeepney, shuttle or train, MRT or LRT.  It will not give you any concerns.  Worthy to mention here is that traffic rules at Makati City are really implemented with the very visible traffic marshals doing it consistently.  Isn’t that something to think about?
