Windsor Tower - AMENITIES

The facilities and amenities of a property either make or break it. It is important that the residents make use of these facilities for their safety, security, and convenience. Basic facilities and amenities that are essential for one’s home and their occupants, which will be most helpful and useful in their daily lives. 

WINDSOR TOWER is no exception.  For one, this building has 24/7 CCTV security monitoring so that provides the peace of mind to the residents. They will be sleeping at night knowing that they are safe and secure. Isn’t this what we are after – our love ones’ safety and security more than anything else. Of course, to add to this are our belongings and material stuff but these are only secondary. 
 
What’s more:  A 100% back-up generator is available to the residents  - so helpful, especially in times of emergency. We all need to have this, as we need to go about our daily chores and tasks. They also have the centralized garbage chute for the whole building that is healthful and hygienic.  What a plus it is! 

A parking area is also provided for the residents.  This is quite important because we know how difficult it is to find a parking spot in Makati City. Having parking right in your own home is certainly a bonus to you. It is a welcome treat indeed!
